Hi, I'm Katherine, a dedicated Reiki practitioner here to guide your healing journey.
My own path with Reiki began in my early twenties amid feelings of disconnection and overwhelm. It wasn't a quick fix but a gentle space where healing could unfold. Over time, I processed trauma with compassion, soothing my nervous system and discovering new ways to manage ADHD and mood dysregulation naturally.
Reiki is my return to authenticity, and I cherish the opportunity to hold space for others. As an LGBTQIA+ aligned healer, I create a safe, affirming environment for all stories and identities.
Unresolved emotions can manifest physically, contributing to chronic illness. Together, we can explore and clear these emotional blockages for true holistic well-being.

I always wanted to practice Reiki myself, but I wasn't ready until I had walked far enough into my own healing to be able to hold space for others. Now I am. And I consider it a profound honor to sit with you in your own journey.

Sacred Butterfly Healing is that space, for all bodies, all identities, all stories.
Heavy emotions show up in the body as "dis-ease" after years of hanging out in the etheric field. Unresolved emotions, anger, betrayal, sadness, it will affect your body in the long run. It is so important to process those feelings and work through them as they do show up in the body as chronic illness, because after years of unresolved dis-ease, it literally becomes disease. By pinpointing where the dis-ease is in your body, we can work on healing. Transformation and change can happen by processing those feelings on a consistent basis.

My mission is to facilitate Reiki healing energy that will help my clients achieve physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. I believe in the healing power of Reiki energy and am dedicated to sharing it with others.
Reiki is a practice centered in universal healing energy, compassion, and light that can complement a wide range of treatments while supporting the mind, body, and spirit. Belief in Reiki is not required, however openness and full consent to receive the energy are important.
